I have been visiting the Russell Eaton Salon in Leeds for 20 years and my stylist Rob has been incredible throughout my entire journey. This is without doubt one of the most professional and honest salons you could ever find. Every member of staff treats you with genuine respect and there is a real family commitment to making each client feel valued and special. I recently transitioned to my natural silver hair colour and Rob has been outstanding as always in guiding me through the process. We’ve explored different variations in colour and styling and I am constantly receiving compliments on my hair. I couldn’t recommend this salon, or Rob, highly enough.

I’ve been a client for many years and would not change hairdressers because of the great service and pure expertise found here. I find that because of the expert cut managing my hair between appointments is easier. The atmosphere in the salon is friendly and relaxed. Both my sisters are also Rob’s clients. That speaks for itself!

My hair had been neglected, but Daniel came to the rescue and completely sorted out my colour. Jade then gave my hair a much-needed cut — not an easy task with how thick my hair is! The staff make you feel relaxed and comfortable from the moment you arrive and always offer a hot or cold drink. Thank you to everyone involved — I feel like a new person again.

I have been a client at Russell Eaton for several years, I first visited the salon after having treatment for cancer, when I was losing my hair. ( My previous hairdresser of 35 years, suggested I made appointment when my hair grew back). I was in a very vulnerable and dark place at this time. My sister told me Rob supplied wigs, and took me along to meet him. Rob treated me with respect and kindness, he showed me several different options, and said he could cut and style the hair for me. I decided on a particular piece, which he ordered for me, he said it could take a week, and he was going on holiday the following week, but he would try and get it asap. He rang me to say it had arrived, and although he was going away if I could get into the salon, he would wait, cut style and fit. (I had taken a photo of myself with hair when I first went to the salon, and after the fitting I looked just the same) No one ever realised I had lost my hair it looked so good. When my hair grew back, I became a client of Robs, and not only does he do a fantastic job, he listens and involves you when suggesting a change in colour or style. He is a wonderful hairdresser and makes you feel confident and happy after every visit. I would highly recommend the Russell Eaton salon. Sandra D
